This seal embosser is in good condition. The stamp reads "SEALED PROTECTION PORTLAND, OREGON INCORPORATED JULY 10, xxxx". Marked on base "Sigwalt's ALL STEEL Patent July 18, xxxx" It measures 6" long x 2 1/2" wide x 6" tall. The seal is 1 1/4" in diameter.
