This 6N1P / 6H1N vacuum tube is made in the Famous Voskhod military plant located in the city of Kaluga in Russia and has the Rocket (=>) logo on it. It is a small signal dual triode intended for use as a line level amplifier or driver in high quality audio amplifiers. Features include very low distortion, internal shielding between triodes medium transconductance, higher plate voltage dissipation ratings and larger cathode than 6DJ8 types. The Envelope is a glass miniature style. Many sellers claim that 6N1P tube is Equivalent to the 6DJ8/xxxx. Actually it is not completely true. Basically the 6N1P has a higher heater current than the 6DJ8/xxxx. Check with the manufacturer of your equipment if you want to substitute it for the xxxx/6DJ8/ECC88/xxxx
