Free Yoga, Kickboxing, Kettlebell Class in Seattle, Washington For Sale

We're introducing a new fitness class at our MMA school that will combine yoga/kickboxing and kettlebells. We are looking for a few guinea pigs :) !
Yoga will increase your mental stability and clarity during and after practice.
Kickboxing will help you reduce anger and frustration,
while learning new skills and techniques will give you an arsenal of
defense weapons, should you ever need them.
Kettlebells, unlike free weights and machines, will get you the whole body workout at once. Also, the concentration mandatory for kettlebell training will engage your mind as well.
After the class, you are guaranteed to feel both physical and mental afterburn effect much longer !
