My name is Victor and I have been teaching drum lessons professionally since xxxx. I have experience teaching all ages, levels, and styles.
I recently graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, where I majored in Professional Music with a concentration in Performance and Private Studio Teaching. While at school I was fortunate enough to study with many master drummers, including Mike Mangini (Dream Theater), Rod Morgenstein, and Dave DiCenso.
My teaching method combines technical exercises with the study of different songs so the students can see how the techniques they are learning apply to different musical situations. In addition to learning songs, transcriptions of the tunes are provided to help the students with their reading skills.
My rates are:
$30/half hour
$42/ 45 minutes
$55/hour
