Neo-soul + rock band seeks drummer in Seattle, Washington For Sale

ROWE, an all-original band that draws inspiration from indie rock and neo soul, is looking for a new drummer.
We feature hot R&B vocals, shoegaze guitar, and the bass half of a hard beatmaking team. (Our previous drummer just left for college.)

We think this is a great gig for the next Questlove or Clyde Stubblefield--we need someone who can hit hard, hold it down, and get creative in the pocket. Funk is needed, as are precision, taste, and timing. We like jazzy, but we don't get jammy.
Lady/gent/brown/purple/gay/straight/whoever types are encouraged to audition.
Assholes and flakes are discouraged from auditioning.
We have:
• 2 practices/week, usually Sunday and Wednesday nights
• 2-4 gigs/month, usually weekends
• A free practice space
• 23 (M), 25 (F) and 30 (M) years of music
You have:
• Chops
• Deep love for (pick 3): R&B, hiphop, and rock and roll
• A willingness to play to a click track
• Your own gear in good gigging condition.
• 21-35 years of age
