They will lead and train sales team members while looking for opportunities to expand in other markets.
Job Description:
Core Responsibilities Contribute to yearly forecasting for annual budgets. Responsible to meet budget goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis along with sales team. Help facilitate goals for each sales team member. Drive initiatives for the sales team including follow:up, weekly monthly and yearly goals. Conduct weekly sales and training meetings for all sales team members. Identifying weaknesses/challenges to be discussed for best action to be taken, with the goal of learning and resolution. Meet regularly with management to ensure goals are being accomplished and communicate challenges, issues and ideas to management and help with resolution and execution. Be aware of all transaction that are currently in the sales cycle; listings and buyer agent transactions. Tour all active projects monthly and be aware of where they are in the sales cycle. Oversee and verify that all agent input of MLS data, pricing, photos and branding is appropriate and in compliance with MLS rules. Set examples for team in areas of personal character, work habits, commitment and customer service. Lead by example in daily account execution, focused on growing personal portfolio. Demonstrate a high:energy, positive attitude, and facilitate collaboration. Cover other positions if team member/members are out of the office or on vacation (if applicable). Show keen judgment for recruitment of talented sales associates that can clearly represent company culture and brand. Additional duties and/or projects, as assigned. Evaluate quality of sales rep notes that are logged into the CRM system and train team members appropriately. Ensure weekly reports are being complete on time and leads are actively being followed up on and are executed and logged into CRM system. Responsible for general marketing of sales team and related projects. Explore other related markets to increase market share and sales revenue. 65 management, leading and training and 35 business development.
