I am looking for someone to sublet my room in my three bedroom townhouse. The apartment is part of the Radford Court apartment complex. Your portion of rent would be$ 500 per month and utilities are typically no more than 20 per person per month. High speed internet and Wi-Fi is provided by the apartment complex for free. Radford Court has a very professional staff, a workout room, a community lounge, and plenty of parking. One parking space is included in rent, but our apartment always has street parking available right beside it. You would be living with two 21 year old girls, one of which is a UW student.
