Hi! My name is Scotty, my roommate's name is Colt (he has the beard), and my crazy dog's name is Finn. We are two young professionals looking for a third roommate to move in with us in our three bedroom in Madison Valley by January 1st. The place consists of three bedrooms, one with a half bath (occupied), and one full bathroom. We are fairly clean, hang out a lot, as well as go out on the weekends. We both drink and are 420 friendly. Some more details about us: - I work in marketing at Tango - My family started a liquor company this year, with our first liquor being Papa Bueno Tequila - Colt is our Director of Events - we always have fun events to go to and tequila for sipping ;) - Finn is a german shepherd/malinois mix - he's two and a bit crazy, but if you love dogs he loves you! Some more details about the place: - Upstairs of a duplex - Simple layout - full kitchen + dining and living area. Hallway with bathroom and three bedrooms of of it - Washer/drier in unit - Parking is simple - lots of room on the street - Room will be empty - you furnish - We are committed to a year lease through August - you can be month to month starting Feb 15. - Rent is $900, which includes utilities. Move in is simply first month's rent - $900. We also pay about $40 each for internet - so $940 all told.
