Hello! I've been looking for a room mate for awhile and currently work full time. I can afford what rent up to $400 and have a small maltipoo and a one year old cat (both are house trained and love people, but would most likely stay in my room, except for when I need to take my maltipoo outside). I really need a place to live by the 26th of January and am willing to meet and figure things out. I've already been looking for three weeks and haven't had any luck. I'm a very bubbly and outgoing person! I clean up after myself, I watch TV, read, and play video games. I would only have people over maybe once a week and by people I mean the same two people over at random times within reasonable accommodations and communication with my room mate.
