I am a career professional looking for a quiet private room with a private bath. I am a 53 year old man, my employment relocated me to Seattle. I am a non smoker, non-drinker, Christian man who attends college online after work. I am only looking for a room to rent that has Wi-Fi, Laundry, and quiet neighbors. I grew up in Seattle and love this city. I am a private, quiet person that takes good care of myself and my surroundings. I have an extremely physical job, so I need my rest. I am very private and spend time with my children and friends when off work. So I will probably never be home on the weekends. I am a former of the 82nd Airborne, so yes I am an organized, neat and clean person that does not mind doing my fare share. However, I will not live with anyone having relationship issues, weekend drama, partying or loud music, grown children moving in and out, or barking inside dogs, etc. I need a room in a quiet home with mature sober people. I am currently working on a project at the West Point Waste Water Treatment facility (Discovery Park), so I would prefer to rent some what close to that area. Preferably in Magnolia, Queen Anne, Beacon Hill, or the University District.
