The apartment has a washer and dryer, a working fireplace, and a large balcony. The kitchen is fully-equipped. There is free off-street parking right next to the building. The apartment complex has a small gym and a pool. I do not currently have a pet, but the apartment complex is pet-friendly. The apartment is a 10-minute walk to the Seattle ferry (30 minutes to downtown), making this a perfect apartment if you work downtown and you want to avoid driving or taking the bus. A monthly ferry ticket is only about $105. There are two large grocery stores and a multitude of shops within walking distance. Downtown Winslow is less than a 5-minute walk. Rent would be $800. Utilities would typically be: water/sewer/garbage $50 and electric (metered) $30-$40. I am a professional working in downtown Seattle with fairly long hours.
