Job Description: MISSION The mission of the Business Growth Manager is to start new relationships that add monthly recurring managed services and cloud revenue in the Seattle market. The overall standard is to meet sales targets by hunting for and developing new accounts while maintaining acceptable levels of gross margin. The sales model at Aldridge, as with many complex solution-selling firms, is principal-led, meaning that a leader of Aldridge will accompany the Business Growth Manager on all pre-qualified appointments. However, the Business Growth Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with prospects at all stages of the sales funnel and connecting those prospects with an Aldridge principal as needed. Most importantly, the Business Growth Manager should strive to be an active part of Aldridge's promise to provide IT Resolution. Guaranteed. Compensation will be base plus commission. ACCOUNTABILITIES To be considered successful in this role, the Business Growth Manager must achieve these accountabilities within the first three months of accepting this position and maintain them throughout his/her employment: Meet sales target Meet sales activity quota Convert existing clients to monthly recurring contracts GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Work regularly with assigned clients to uncover their needs and translate those needs into Best-Fit Solutions * Maintain extensive working knowledge of assigned clients' business and IT needs and activities * Seek mentorship from the GM and Operations Manager to be as self-sufficient as possible for the Clients * Work closely with the GM and Operations Manager to ensure the solutions offered meet the client's needs * Conduct onsite or online presentations for clients for Business Reviews and other meetings * Work to ensure client satisfaction & loyalty in every interaction * Learn and follow the Aldridge sales process and methodology * Vigilantly manage a sales funnel for well qualified needs/opportunities * Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Aldridge Services Guide and Technology Standards * Track all account activity through in the Professional Services Automation (PSA) software * Hold others in the organization accountable to their commitments * Be openly accountable by clearly stating your commitments and keeping your promises
