Amazon Video is changing the way people watch movies and TV shows, We are seeking an exceptionally talented Campaign Manager to develop, coordinate, and execute against campaigns and promotions both on and off Amazon and devices. You will work closely with Amazon Video channel marketing leads, merchandising managers, and other internal Amazon teams to create, flight, and track digital campaigns and promotions that help launch new content and programming from Amazon Video Subscriptions and drive acquisition and engagement. In addition, the Campaign Manager will partner with our Vendor Management team to identify, evaluate, and align on a programming calendar for the service overall. The desire to work in a creative, fast:paced, and data driven environment with a high performance team is essential. An individual with attention to detail, an ability to manage conflicting priorities, and an ability to breakdown multi:layered data will thrive in this position. Partner across marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to plan, test, flight, and report on campaigns and promotions using various internal tools and processesPartner with Vendor Management team to understand, evaluate and align on promotable content from partnersPartner with Onboarding team to understand, evaluate and align on promotions supporting new partners on the servicesPerform proactive campaign analysis and optimization including providing feedback on creative and placement performanceCreate and implement scalable processes and work:back plans for campaign executionCommunicate with internal teams to showcase results, and drive future improvementsPassionate and knowledgeable about digital marketing and campaign managementBachelorA?s degree in quantitative field or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in a marketing, account management, or analytical roleIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsExcellent organization skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow:throughSelf:starter, goal:oriented, and ability to work well in a fast:paced environmentAbility to work with cross:functional teamsExperience with SQL is a plus
