Catering Sales Person - (Kirkland) in Seattle, Washington For Sale

Job Description: Wanted: Experienced Corporate, Social, and Wedding Sales person who knows food and has at least 2-5 years of successful hospitality, banquet serving and or off premise catering sales experience. Two years minimum of culinary or hospitality oriented education would be a plus. Are you: detail oriented, a creative thinker, a good closer, politely persistent, fun to be around with a good sense of humor, a self starter, reliable, teachable but confident, hard working and physically able to work a varied schedule, occasional long days working in the office and meeting with clients, and show up at sold receptions as needed? Do you have: a positive can-do service oriented attitude, your own transportation? Do you: keep up with event styles and wedding trends, know Microsoft Word, Excel, Caterease? Are you: a good and accurate letter writer, quick on a computer and have basic business math skills? Can you: keep a smile and multitask without stressing or freaking out in times of chaos and when requests are coming in fast and furious? Are you great with people and do you love to sell? Do you know anything about the banquet facilities and venues open to caterers in the greater Seattle area?
