Work with branch and regional execs to create exciting marketing plans, like never before Check out our full description for more information, and apply if this seems like you In conjunction with the Director of Paid Media and Branch Campaigns and Branch and Regional Executives, the Regional Marketing Manager will recommend and develop strategies to drive regional marketing goals in support of Association:wide marketing objectives. They will implement, measure and report on regional marketing tactics that support those goals, rallying branch:level Marketing Managers and/or interns for support. This role will mentor, train and manage branch Marketing Managers and/or interns and a Program Marketing Manager to appropriately ensure branch as well as Association:wide marketing goals are met. The Eastside Regional Marketing Manager serves as the marketing point person for the eastern region which includes Bellevue, New Castle, Sammamish, and the Snoqualmie areas, as well as a liaison to local branch leaders.Collaborates with the Association marketing team in the annual development of marketing plans and objectives.Meets weekly with key branch and program Marketing Managers and/or interns to review planned marketing initiatives and communication, identify needs and areas of development that require support, recommend strategies and plans and identify action items to execute throughout other regions. This will require regularly occurring on:site visits to each assigned branch, taking care to serve all equally over time.Meets regularly with Regional Marketing Manager peers from around the Association to share best practices and resources.Meets regularly with Director of Paid Media and Branch Campaigns to ensure effective communication, providing insights and support to ensure marketing goals are reached.Recruits, hires, trains, evaluates and supervises assigned staff and volunteers. Provides development and leadership.Builds rapport and sense of teamwork with Association Office, branch staff and Executives.Ensures all materials prepared by branch interns and program and branch managers are high:quality, brand compliant and in support of established goals. Manage the creation, updates and distribution of regional level marketing materials/branding.Manages assigned budgets in coordination with Association Office and Branch Executives.Protects the Y brand within assigned region, in regards to use of name and marks in all forms of internal and external communications.Oversees process management of marketing program rollouts and integration needs with other departments within their assigned region and across the organization.Provides regular status reports to the Association Office and Executives.Performs audits of branch marketing platforms to ensure they are hitting metrics outlined by the Association Office.Other duties as assigned.BA/BS in business administration or equivalent practical experience in the marketing field.Four+ years of applicable marketing experience. One year+ of supervisory experience.Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.A track record of successfully working with business partners and building roadmaps. Ability to work in an inclusive and collaborative manner with a wide range of work styles/perspectives.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast:paced environment. Demonstrated organizational, project management, analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a group environment, with all levels of association branch employees.Knowledge of and direct experience in brick and mortar (physical location) marketing.PREFERRED POSITION ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS Y branch marketing experience preferred.Prefer kn
