Insurance Sales Position / Salary / Bonuses / Commission
We are a newly formed agency that has obtained a captive contract for Auto Home & Life with the most overall competitive products in Washington State. We are positioned to dominate any competition. There is $250K earmarked and set aside to four candidates that qualify for helping grow this organization. If successful, we will continue this investment in King and Pierce counties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Life/Accident/Health/Property & Casualty License (We will pay for your classes)
- Valid driver's license & vehicle
- Laptop Computer
- Motivated & Ready to Work
- Sales Experience A Plus
BENEFITS/INCENTIVES:
- Salary based on experience from $2K-$6K per month
- After production ramps up, will be offered monthly bonuses of $2K
- If production is above average will be paid commissions weekly also at 60%
- Residual Income starts in year three once your residual outpaces monthly allowance
- Marketing materials provided
- Benefits budget 250 per month, based on production
- Marketing training you'll need to succeed
- Home office support and reporting
- Bonuses for helping us find good talent, only if they are accepted into the program
JOB DUTIES:
- During paid training perform marketing duties for and with your mentor agent
- Once trained, work your leads
- Meet with client to find the product that fit's their needs
- Close the sale / Ask for referrals
- Process and submit application & Get paid additional commission each week

We also have recently launched a proprietary CRM database to hold, distribute and track the lead flow. Currently there is nothing like us in the market. PERIOD.
