Now, customers can also add a growing number of subscriptions like SHOWTIME, STARZ, and more to their Prime memberships without needing a cable subscription. We are searching for a talented and Lifecycle Marketing Manager join our Customer Lifecycle Marketing team for video subscriptions. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing programs to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and win:back through direct:response marketing channels including email, direct mail, and push notifications. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and creative, with a passion for figuring out how things work and how to make them better for AmazonA?s customers. A love of movies and TV shows is a big plus. They will be able to quickly dive deep into details, are able to handle multiple projects and priorities at once, and capable of dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly:evolving business landscape. Candidates must be comfortable using analytics and customer insights to shape recommendations and drive continual performance improvement. Candidates should be effective communicators, highly organized, collaborative and adept at learning new tools and systems. Duties and Responsibilities Include Create a detailed mapping of customer lifecycles for key segments, and execute programs targeted to these segments to drive acquisition, engagement, and win:back.Execute programmatic, evergreen email campaigns, launch weekly dedicated emails, analyze performance, and provide weekly performance reports.Stand up and optimize direct mail and mobile push notification programs.Develop targeting strategies that improve KPIs.Develop testing plans for different customer segments and share learning with the Amazon Video marketing team.Report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting metrics.5+ years of marketing experience (with at least 2 years spent in email or direct marketing)Demonstrated knowledge of customer lifecycle marketingStrong analytical background with ability to use data to drive decision makingProficiency with ExcelBachelorA?s degreeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated success in subscription acquisition and upsell marketingDemonstrated success executing innovative marketing programs and activitiesAbility to think and act both strategically and tacticallyExperience with mobile push notifications or direct mail a plus
