The successful candidate will leverage excellent editorial skills, proven CMS and HTML experience, keen design savvy, and detailed eye for data to develop, launch, test, and report on market:leading awareness, education, and conversion:oriented programs touching all areas of the business. The ability to manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast:moving environmentA?while keeping senior stakeholders updated on your progressA?is critical to success in this position. Responsibilities:Building campaigns and executing traffic:driving efforts for large scale product and services launches, tracking tasks and dependencies across multiple teamsManaging and tracking multi:channel marketing efforts for seasonal and promotional eventsSupporting the digital products merchandising, product management, and web dev teams on strategic demand generation initiatives as well as A?rhythm of the businessA? initiatives and programs.Analyzing traffic patterns and optimizing channels against direct response and awareness KPIsCreative asset production (in partnership with a dedicated design team)Editing (XML, HTML) and publishing content to site via CMS3+ years demonstrable experience in an online product management, marketing, or merchandising fieldExcellent writing and copyediting skillsProficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XMLExcellent documentation skills and workflow managementMS Office, SharePointBachelors degree in an associated disciplineProven ability to create customer:facing content that is on:brand, relevant, and tailored to an online audienceExperience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingProficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reportingExperience with A/B or multivariate testingExperience managing large scale email marketing programsProven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast:moving, dynamic environmentExcellent documentation and workflow managementAbility to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlinesConfident, self:motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action
