My Client is a leader in collaboration software solutions to corporate and financial services firms - their solution is a must have, not a "nice to have" The successful candidate will be a high energy / hungry acheiver - SaaS type of sales exp matches well with the higher volume transactional nature of their sale - which also includes solid relationship skills for repeat business opportunities. Candidate should live in Seattle area - there is business in Vancouver and Portland as well so some but not much travel ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Identify client business problems and sell the appropriate solution to address the client needs Undertakes client “discovery” process: accessing client business needs, effective product application for organization, product / service packaging and pricing, identifies potential clients within target organizations Drives sales and maintains relationships with assigned clients Negotiates and executes contracts with clients consistent with global pricing strategy Present technology based demonstrations either one on one or to a group Sell in a team selling environment Work closely with Sales Management to develop an individual sales plan Monitors progress against strategy including the development/ utilization of formal reporting tools and processes Provides client support and leverages internal resources during the product installation / implementation process KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Experience in solutions selling and /or enterprise selling environment Ongoing ability to learn new products and services Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Clear understanding of and experience with consultative sales process Ability to adjust approach in order to fit different buyer motivators/Take personal responsibility for customer satisfaction Ability to negotiate and manage client expectations Demonstrated service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills Proactive planner and forward thinker Strong technical ability Demonstrated perseverance with clients and with process implementation Excellent presentation and client communication skills Ability to achieve results in partnership with others Position Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Four year college degree with graduate degree a plus 5+ years of experience selling software to financial services organizations and corporations and supporting consultative sales and large scale organization wide client solutions Demonstrate the desire to become the best at everything they do
