Our Sales Representatives are responsible for interacting with prospective customers, providing for the needs of our students and their families, and being available to help current customers some evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Understand the needs of our clients in order to effectively communicate the benefits of our services in order to sell tutoring packages 50-100 warm lead calls per day to prospective clients who have asked for more information about our services Work rotating weekends and occasional evenings until 8pm Manage lead records to ensure we can properly follow up and place tutors Assist in client service Sales Representative Qualifications Completed BA or BS Demonstrated sales ability Ability to work independently and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines Previous experience selling services or products to discerning, highly-educated clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work some evenings and weekends Applicants must be willing to submit to a criminal background check in order to be eligible for employment High speed Internet access (minimum 15MB/s download and 2MB/s upload)
