We are looking for software engineers to innovate our growing Business Intelligence offering. Candidate must be able to thrive in a small focused team with high energy to innovate creative solutions and solve complex real world problems. Our business intelligence offering is changing the Automotive landscape through our broad set of data intelligence capabilities from data processing to reporting . This position is a rewarding opportunity to express your creativity, work with intelligent, innovative people, and have your work touch millions of consumers.
Responsibilities:
:Evolve existing framework to support new scalability requirements as well new functionality needed.
:Identify and drive new solutions to enhance the development cycle to increase development productivity.
:Work with team on high end reporting platform that supports the full stack of CDK reporting needs
:Work on developing micro service based architectures with independently deployable reporting components.
:Lead a team of developers in designing a reporting platform that has data services driven components that can be re:used across the organization.
:Mentor and lead subordinate developers in adopting best practices craftsmanship.
:Work with product owners to identify and iron out upcoming business needs and develop technical backlog to
Qualifications:
:Enthusiasm for solving interesting and complicated problems.
:10+ years of software development experience.
:Extensive experience designing and implementing highly performing, re:usable and scalable reporting applications.
:Extensive experience programming in Angular and D3 based applications.
:Extensive experience designing robust scalable tiered applications.
:Experience in application design and Implementation using agile practices and TDD.
:Experience with Java, MongoDB and Spring is a plus.
