Amazon Video is changing the way people watch movies and TV shows, offering more than 250,000 new release movies, next:day television shows, and classic favorites available to rent or purchase on demand, and thousands of titles available to customers with an Amazon Prime membership. We are seeking an exceptionally talented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive lifecycle customer engagement, retention, and win:back strategies and program execution for our transactional video business : the Digital Video Store. This Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying content strategies, customer segmentation, and effective marketing channels to drive video streaming engagement throughout a memberA?s lifecycle. They will develop, experiment and scale programs using marketing channels such as email, direct mail, display advertising, and social media as well as leveraging the millions of visits by highly engaged customers. The successful candidate will be data:driven with a proven track record of driving lifecycle marketing programs and providing steady strategic vision in a dynamic environment. This leader will be willing to experiment with new and emerging technologies to reach customers and foster their usage of Amazon Video, and to employ a rigorous test, measure, and iterate approach to drive continuous improvement. This person must have strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence others and strong cross:functional leadership. This person needs to have a good judgment and passion for helping customers discover great content. Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Duties and Responsibilities will include: Drive Lifecycle programs including onboarding, retention, and win:back Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to engage customers with Amazon Video and improve retention across web, mobile and TV applications Define and execute programmatic roadmaps for engagement marketing functions including 1:1 marketing, targeted media, and mass advertising Innovate and implement test and learn strategies, implement ongoing improvements and invest in areas that drive scalable results Own key business metrics, support in:depth business reviews and present to senior management. Provide vision and guidance to Amazon Video marketing channel teams to drive and enable campaigns that support engagement goals and objectives Act as liaison to internal partner teams such as Amazon Prime, IMDb and others to drive joint prioritization of programs, experiments and results Partner with Product development teams to drive requirements for new products, features or promotions 5+ yearsA? experience in online and/or consumer marketing Experience with online retail is a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others Strong analytic and quantitative skills : ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
