Sr. Product Manger : Digital Advertising Job Description Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, self:directed Sr. Product Manager to accelerate the acquisition and adoption of AWSA?s Digital Advertising Program. This person will be developing and delivering paid promotion packages across digital marketing channels, identifying growth opportunities, and working across the organization to ensure product success. As the Sr. Product Manager, you will operate as the business owner for our digital advertising products, coordinating all product activities from vision to implementation, including engaging customers to understand their needs, developing long:term product strategy, defining product roadmaps, working cross:functionally to build those products, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders. We need a person with a passion for innovating and problem solving, who likes working backwards from the customer, and tackling complex ambiguous problems. The successful candidate has strong product and partnership management experience in digital channels or cloud services. You will drive the product strategy and roadmap that will help us define and scale the paid digital marketing programs. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self:driven, and deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Define user stories to create digital products (paid promotion packages) for partners/advertisers Develop long:term product roadmap and strategy through engaging customers to understand their needs and market research Grow program revenue and sales pipeline by driving existing program sales channels, identify integration opportunities with other programs Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet strategic and financial goals Work directly with partners/advertisers to develop promotion strategies that deliver value Work cross:functionally to manage dependencies, escalations, anticipate and make trade:offs, balance the business needs versus technical or resource constraints Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly business review with senior management and stakeholders Track and report on metrics to understand business drivers and evaluate potential actions Develop and continuously improve program ROI, value proposition, create success stories, and other program marketing and sales materials A strong background (5+ years) in product and partnership management Experience successfully managing large scale strategic advertising programs with distributed internal stakeholders Demonstrated experience working with digital channels or advertising programs to drive B2B and B2C customer acquisition, sales, lead generation, and/or revenue generation Experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels in the organization Ability to dive deep strategically and tactically, no job too big or small Superior oral and written communication skills Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, and working across multiple teams Strong attention to detail, customer:service orientation, and creativity in problem:solving A self:starter, who proactively identifies problems, proposes solutions, and drives a team to address them Experience in B2B, high:tech products/services MBA
