lawyer / legal assistance needed in Seattle, Washington For Sale

I am currently faced with an illegal eviction. I have requested in writing (and received receipt of signed delivery), to the landlord, my concerns regarding health and hazardous issues throughout the property as well as non-working appliances. Since then, the landlord has made several attempts (all illegally), to have me served court documents. The last attempt, in which I was not properly served, a King Co. police officer is witness to this. I have his name as well. Throughout this process officers have been contacted 4 times (by the landlord), and twice visited. I have spoken to officers who have informed me they have no intention of arresting me as I have done nothing criminal and refuse to do so. This is a civil matter. I have an exparte' hearing Friday the 24th @ 9:00 a.m. I do not care if you are an attorney, legal or law student. I am willing to pay for services rendered, as I feel I have a strong case.
